Prices

All prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity/heating. Solid fuel for the real fires can be purchased locally or from Lerwick Building Centre.
Normal change over days are Saturday where guests can enter after 14:30 on day of arrival and are requested to leave by 10:00 on day of departure. Please see contact details to discuss alternative arrangements.

Peak season (June, July, August and main holiday periods e.g. Christmas/New Year/Easter).

£450 p.w . 10% discount offered on second week.

Other summer months (May, September) £425 p.w. 10% discount offered on second week.

Out of the above season: Minimum of weekly let @ £350 p.w.
